It has been more than 20 years since the establishment of sister schools in 2002 between CPU and Sam Houston State University. The two school have always had a strong tie and great interaction.  Mr. Yuan ming Yang, the president of CPU, mentioned that there were ten faculty members who have gone to Sam Houston State University for master's and doctoral degrees, short-term research and guest visits.  Returning to CPU to give back what they have learned after their studies is not only the symbol of friendship between the two schools but also the best bridge for academic exchanges.  The rise of transnational crime and new forms of cyber fraud is seen in recent years, President Yang is also looking forward to having further cooperation with teachers and students of Sam Houston State University in the field of technology crime investigation in the future.
