The Architecture and Building Research Institute of this Ministry holds the seminar “Implementation and Policy of Building Energy Efficiency Rating and its Precautions” in 2023. The content includes 3 parts: the generality and description of housing and non-housing types of buildings energy efficiency rating and the introduction and description of low-carbon building.
The seminar aims to train 3 kinds of professionals, such as “Building and Electrical Mechanical Design Professional Technicians”, “Architecture Administration and Construction Relevant Reviewers”, and “Construction, Maintenance and Property Management Personnel”. At the same time, the public is welcomed to register, so as to cultivate and promote the teaching experience accumulation of the net-zero building cross-disciplinary talents with easy-to-understand and lively knowledge teaching materials to assist in guiding the net-zero transformation.
The seminar is “free of charge” and mainly conducted “physically”, and the relevant information about the seminar is as follows:

II.Relevant Certification
Those who attend the whole session of the seminar (determined by physical signature and check-in) may acquire the training certification (in electronic form) and credits for license application or training hour certification as follows:
(I)Civil Servant Lifelong Learning Hours Certification.
(II)Credits for Application of Professional Engineer Practicing License Issued by the Public Construction Comission, Executive Yuan.
(III)Credits for Application of Architect Practicing License Issued by the Construction and Planning Agency, MOI.
III.Notice:
(I)In response to energy saving, carbon reduction and resource conservation, this seminar does not provide disposable catering utensils. Please bring your own water bottle and tableware.
(II)Parking services are not provided at the seminar venue. Please take public transportation as much as possible or arrange your own parking space.
