1. Any displaying, selling, or transporting animals, plants, minerals, fossils, artifacts, and their specimens or derived products which are illegal or shall be protected under the law.

2. Capturing organisms, collecting rocks, minerals, fossils, coral, coral rocks, or other natural products, or attempting marine salvaging for archeological artifacts underwater without the authorization of the Marine National Park Headquarters (hereinafter referred to as the MHPH).

3. Lowering anchor within the coral reef area, establishing artificial reefs or facilities, using chemical agents, pollutants, or partaking in any action that could damage the coral reefs and the marine environment, without the permission of the MNPH.

4. Personnel, ships, or other vehicles pulling into the shore, sea grooves, sea caves, and coast of the Special Landscape Area without the permission of the MNPH.

5. Participating in rock climbing and other related activities within the Special Landscape Area without the permission of the MNPH.
