I. Violators of regulations from Item 2 to Item 8, Article 13 of the National Park Law:

Item 2: Hunting animals or catching fish

Item 8: Any other conduct prohibited by the national park competent authority

Prohibited items will differ according to differences in the environment and resources; therefore penalties shall be processed according to the relevant authorities and responsibility shall lie within each National Park Headquarters.

II. Violators of regulations from Item 1 to Item 10, Article 14 of the National Park Law:

Item 1: Building or demolishing public or private structures, roads, or bridges
