（1）Who is eligible? Foreign nationals who require entry into the port area due to business and government demands.
（2）Application procedures: Two copies of application form submitted by the government agency or corporation the individual belongs to and passport or ARC of the applicant to the international affairs section of the bureau.

1. Temporary passes for extension of working days, with a maximum limit of ten days.
2. Application for temporary passes to port areas for foreign nationals must be filed as soon as they arrive
