The Architecture and Building Research Institute, MOI, manages the "Development of Field Accreditation Mechanisms of Technology Products and Services for Elderly Housing" project, which aims to help elderly housing technology products and services providers understand the needs of the elderly and their caregivers in the home, grasp the profile of the target clientele, and familiarize themselves with the characteristics of the residential field, so as to accelerate the introduction of their products into the residential market.
Therefore, We held the "Value Proposition Workshop for the Field Accreditation of Technology Products and Services for Elderly Housing" on June 20, 2024, at the "Upgrade Conference Center - Songjiang Hall 101" on 4F., No. 101, Songjiang Rd., Zhongshan Dist., Taipei City.
The number of members participating in the workshop from each manufacturer is limited to 5 people, and must also include personnel from the original company's marketing and promotion, product research and development, project management and other departments. An interactive method will be used to help manufacturers clarify the market goals of their products and the value proposition of customer needs. Through mutual discussion and guidance among members, we help manufacturers rethink the target customers of their products and services, the pain points that can be solved in the lives of target customers, and the economic benefits that can be created for the company, so as to enter the next stage of "product positioning suitability assessment".Experts in the fields of business model, market development, field operations, innovation and technical feasibility will be invited to evaluate the suitability of product positioning and provide an evaluation report. We will also recommend at least 5 products and services to enter suitable residential sites for verification and provide a product optimization suggestion report after analysis. This process will assist manufacturers in understanding user needs, developing good products, optimizing user experience, reducing use barriers, and achieving the goal of accelerating the introduction and popularization of gerontechnology products and services into residential buildings, increasing consumers' willingness to adopt them, and vigorously developing the gerontechnology products and services industry.
