Substitute Service Boiler Training – Draftees Ensure Safe and Efficient Operations

  • PostDate:2024-09-30 14:19

The Substitute Service and Social Resilience Training Execution Center provides training for substitute service draftees nationwide. To ensure a high-quality living environment and ensure a stable hot water supply, daily boiler operation is essential. To this end, the center organizes a Small Boiler Operator Training Program, supported by standard operating procedures designed to ensure the safe and efficient handling of boiler systems by the draftees.

The boiler training program spans 3 days and includes 19 hours of instruction, covering both theoretical and practical components. The theoretical lessons address topics such as boiler equipment, operational principles, relevant regulations, inspection procedures, and maintenance protocols. The practical lessons take place in the boiler room, where trainees engage in hands-on operations of small boilers under supervision of experienced instructors. In July of 2024, the center conducted the 85th to 87th training courses. Out of the 100 draftees participating, 89 successfully passed the course and received certification, resulting in a pass rate of 89%.

This program, led by certified instructors and based on accredited courses, enhances the draftees’ knowledge and skills in boiler operations. The training is designed to ensure operational safety, improve the stability and quality of boiler management, and guarantee a reliable hot water supply for every unit.
