The "AT Life 2024 Taiwan Assistive Technology and Long-term Care Expo" will be held from May 16 to May 19, 2024, at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center. At our booth, the Architecture and Building Research Institute, MOI, will showcase the theme of "Age-Friendly Housing". We will mainly introduce the recent research achievements of our institute, including "Design Principles for Elderly-Friendly Housing", "Application of Healing Environments in Interior Spaces for the Elderly", and "Integration of Smart Devices for the Elderly at Home". We will present these research outcomes using graphics and comics to depict living spaces and scenarios, departing from previous standardized display boards. This innovative approach aims to offer a unique perspective on residential spaces and environments, setting our exhibition apart from conventional displays. The spatial layout includes entrance halls, living rooms, dining areas, and bathrooms, demonstrating the application of research findings in creating age-friendly home environments. Our aim is to introduce trends in age-friendly home spaces, assisting both the elderly and caregivers in improving living quality. We warmly welcome all visitors to our booth at the Architecture and Building Research Institute.
