In order to let the public apply for birth registration as early as possible, so as to protect the rights of the newborn baby with government services that are designed to cater to the needs of the public, citizens may apply for birth registration at any household registration office of the special municipality, county or city where their domicile place is registered. In addition, MOI would like to remind the public that in order to implement household register management, birth registrations should be based on the actual domicile place.
