The Minister of the Interior, Hsu Kuo-yung, attended the Central Police University’s 85th anniversary.  He awarded seven alumni for their outstanding performance and great efforts to the society.  Minister Hsu pointed out that CPU is the cradle of police cadres.  Many students gave up the chance to study in top national universities and chose CPU instead, which showed the recognition and high praise that society gave CPU.  He expects that CPU can keep cultivating great cadres and the government will give the strongest support to assist the police and firefighters to maintain the public security and be the citizens’ guardian angel without any hesitation and worries.
