International students, Gildore, Danilo Joel Micarsos and Lan, John Leighton Laconsay in the Department of Maritime Police are from Philippine. They are enrolled through the ministry of foreign affairs which engages interchange and cooperation between Philippine and Taiwan.  It provides an important platform to deepen further cooperation in between two countries.  Philippine Coast Guard accredited CPU officially as the promotion and training institution. It’s a representative milestone for the education of civil servants in both countries which makes Taiwan and Philippine a nice relationship and connection in coast guarding.
