To promote awareness of the nation’s inherent territory and to ensure territorial sea sovereignty, the Ministry of the Interior (MOI) has tasked
the National Land Surveying and Mapping Center (NLSC) with the ongoing inspection and maintenance of Taiwan’s territorial sea baseline monuments
and markers.
