The updated results of the NLSC 3D Road Model (Level of Detail 1 / KML format) are officially available to the public starting today. This update covers the National Freeway data within Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Yilan County, which have been updated with the latest maintenance results for 2025, while the existing results for roads at the street level and above are retained for other areas. In addition, two new thematic datasets, National Freeways and Provincial Highway Expressways, are now available to the public. Please refer to the attachment for the detailed update list and pricing.
The aforementioned data are available for order starting today via fax, email, post or in-person application. The 3D Road Model results covering Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Yilan County are also available for online purchase through the Taiwan Map Store (https://whgis-nlsc.moi.gov.tw/), where users can browse, search, and purchase the desired data. We encourage wide promotion and application of this dataset.
