*Taiwan shares open little changed *2009-07-28

Taipei, July 28 (CNA) The Taiwan Stock Exchange's main index opened little changed Tuesday, moving up 10.30 points at 7,038.73 on a turnover of NT$4.44 billion (US$135.28 million).

The weighted price index gained 55.15 points, or 0.79 percent, to close at 7,028.43 Monday. (By Y.F. Low)
